2 Bananas: Good source of fiber
2 tbsp Peanut butter: Healthy fats
2 tbsp Honey: Simple sugars for quick energy
2 scoops vanilla @truvani Protein powder: Self explanatory😅
1/2 cup Almond flour: Also a good source of fiber
1 tsp Cinnamon, vanilla, 1/2 tsp salt: For taste

The first time I tried baba ganoush was in the Middle East so I didn’t think it could get any better😅 but I was pleasantly surprised with this recipe (posted on my recipe story highlights)! It’s perfect dip to add to a snack plate!
A flourless option that tastes just like pumpkin pie to satisfy those seasonal cravings🎃
To make:
-Preheat oven to 350 degrees
-Add 1 cup of pumpkin, 1 egg, 1/3 cup unsweetened almond butter, & 1/2 tsp vanilla extract to a bowl and mix well
-Mix in 2 tbsp brown sugar, 2 tsp pumpkin pie spice, and 1/2 tsp of baking soda to your wet ingredients
-Pour mix into a greased baking dish (I used a 8 in cake pan) and bake for 30 minutes or until the center has set
-Allow the bars to cool completely. I recommend them be refrigerated for the best texture!

How I’m surviving sweaty summer days:
The best part of having a sourdough starter might just be all the discard recipes you can make🤭
To make:
-Add 1 cup of ap flour and 1 tbsp of cold butter to a bowl, smash the pieces of butter between your fingers to incorporate into the flour until the mixture is grainy.
-Stir in 1/4 cup + 2 tbsp of sourdough discard to the flour/ butter mixture
-Add 1/2 shredded cheddar cheese to your dough and incorporate.
-Place your ball of dough between two pieces of parchment and roll out as thin as possible.
-Place on a baking sheet and use a pizza cutter to cut a grid. Sprinkle generously with kosher salt.
-Bake at 375 degrees for 13 minutes.
-Remove from oven and enjoy a clean ingredient cheez-it-like cracker!
