High Protein Hot Cocoa
A highlight of the colder months for me is definitely a hot cocoa nightcap. However, with the frequency that I like to enjoy this treat I knew I needed to find a healthier alternative. I have a hard time even calling this an alternative because it is that good! The protein content of the hot chocolate is dependent on the brand of milk you choose and the addition of collagen powder (which also makes it super creamy). If collagen powder isn’t an ingredient you have stocked in your pantry, this recipe might change that ;)
