Hi! I am so glad you are here. My name is Kaylee and I am the creator of Heal With A Meal. If you’re anything like me, you have a “live to eat” mentality opposed to the “eat to live” side of things. However, while studying Nutrition Education in college and becoming a certified Holistic Health Coach through the Institute of Integrative Nutrition, I quickly began to realize that one should not have to exist without the other!
Heal With A Meal was born out of a love of food. Not only for the joy and connection it brings, but for the power it has to influence how we feel daily as well as our long-term health. We live to eat while simultaneously choosing the food options that will allow us to live full, energized lives.
There is A LOT of knowledge out there when it comes to best health practices and to be honest, I don’t think that there is a right answer. You are a complex individual and a one size-fits-all approach will rarely be the solution to your concerns and goals.
