And we’re back! I don’t know about you, but for me the first bit of January has felt like such a whirlwind. Maybe you have resolutions you’re sticking to or maybe you do not care about resolutions at all. Either way, the new year is a great time to reevaluate your lifestyle and decide if it is one that you are happy with and proud of. This week, I wanted to do something a little different and highlight a food lifestyle that in general is great for the weight-loss warriors or those who simply want delicious meals that will give them the energy to power through the day because it is packed with fresh, whole foods and fiber.
